Avara Suomi Ltd is the parent company of Avara Group which specializes in housing services and building design, real estate investment and variety of housing and property management services.
Its mission is to produce housing solutions to all stages of life, and facility management and building design services responsibly and effectively. Avara owns about 8.000 rental apartments. Furthermore, through parnership companies, Avara owns 11.300 rental and and right-of-occupancy apartements nationwide.
Avara Housing and Property Management Services offers variety of facility management services to its customers, both in housing and business locations services. Avara Housing and Property Management provides also its customers with high-quality technical life cycle management services, securing and developing real estate value. Currently it manages ca. 60,000 housing units and several business locations.
Avara’s acting Chief Executive Officer is Hans Sten. Avara Group's revenue in 2008 was approximately 160 million euros, and it employs roughly 300 people. It has 23 locations nationwide.
