During 2022, 179 high-quality Avara rental apartments were built at Kirstinmäki 6 in the rapidly renovating residential area of ​​Kirstinharju in Suvela. The first 87 apartments in buildings A and B were completed in January, the remaining 92 apartments in houses C and D were completed in June.

The houses have different types of apartments between the 24-square-foot studios and the 65-square-foot two-bedroom apartments. All apartments feature stylish, Scandinavian finishes and a high-quality equipment level, including a dishwasher, ceramic hob and integrated oven. Residents have free use of a laundry room and a drying room. The houses, which were completed in June, have also a spacious club room, which is shared by all residents of the houses free of charge.

Kirstinharju's new rental homes are located next to diverse services and excellent transport connections south of Turunväylä. Less than 500 meters from the front door you will find a grocery store, a primary and secondary school, as well as several kindergartens and a bus stop. From the train station, about a 10-minute walk away, you can travel to Helsinki city centre in just over 20 minutes. The Entresse shopping centre, located nearby the train station, has a wide range of large chain stores as well as small specialty stores. In addition to shopping opportunities, the shopping centre has cafés and restaurants as well as a library.

The versatile sports venues in Suvela and the centre of Espoo make it possible to practice several different sports close to home. Alternatives to indoor sports include the swimming and sports hall just over a kilometre away and the Kannusilta sports hall. There are also outdoor sports opportunities for many tastes. If Suvela's own nearby forests, parks and sports field opportunities are not enough, then the outdoor terrain of Espoo Central Park and the Central Espoo Sports Park are a couple of kilometres away.
