Come and rent your new home now!

Rent Now service enables you to rent an apartment immediately. As you start the renting process, you have 30 minutes to sign the rental contract.

  • You can move into the apartment right on the day it is free. For new apartments, you can move in when the construction is finished.

  • To rent an apartment via Rent Now service, you have to be at least 18 years old and your credit record has to be clean. Signing the contract is done with online bank credentials.

  • Rentals with Rent Now service are done solely based on photos and virtual showcases.

  • Note that making a rental contract is a binding action and cannot be undone after signing the contract.

1. Sign in

To rent an apartment, you have to create credentials to OmaAvara and sign in. Email address will serve as your username and you can specify your own password.

2. Fill up your personal details

At this step, we also check your credit record. If there are two tenants applying for the apartment, both of their credit records will be checked. A requirement for making a rental contract is that your credit record is clean. Both tenants need to be at least 18 years old.

3. Preview rental contract and terms and sign the rental contract

Contracts made in Rent Now service are open-ended with one (1) month term of notice.

Deposit is 250 € and it is due one week after signing the rental contract. You will also receive a rental invoice to your email. Rent is due on the 2nd of each month. Sign the rental contract with your online bank credentials. If the contract has two tenants, both need to sign the contract.
