Avara’s rental apartments in Kruununpuisto

The pearl of Avara’s Hyvinkää locations are the modern two-story row houses, completed in 2009, in the renowned Kruununpuisto area. The family-friendly and lush Kruununpuisto is less than two kilometers from downtown Hyvinkää. Most of the apartments in the area are idyllic single-family homes, built in the 1940s and 1950s. Avara’s row house location is close to a grocery store, a kindergarten and elementary and middle schools. There are maintained trails nearby.

Avara’s rental apartments in Martti

Martti is located a few kilometers from downtown Hyvinkää and especially popular among families with children. The peaceful area has everything a family needs: a comprehensive school, a kindergarten and a grocery store. Besides its services, Martti also entices you with great outdoor recreational and exercise possibilities. The area has several playgrounds, a sports park and a dog park. Some of the maintained trails function as lit ski tracks during the winter. The city center is easily accessible by bike or bus. Martti also has easy access to the Helsinki-Tampere highway by car. Most of Avara’s Hyvinkää locations are located in the cozy Martti area. The area consists mainly of row houses and small apartment buildings as well as one balcony access block.

Avara’s rental apartments in Paavola

Paavola is right next to the Sveitsi national park and impresses with its exceptional opportunities for outdoor recreation and sport. You can choose whether you want to hike in a natural reserve, climb in the adventure park or go downhill skiing and sledding in the Sveitsi ski center. Also close-by are a newly renovated indoor swimming pool and an ice stadium. Avara’s Paavola location is less than two kilometers from the city center. A grocery store is just around the corner and a school, a library and a kindergarten are all located within a 1km radius.

Avara’s rental apartments in Viertola

The apartment building in Viertola is the closest to the city center of Avara’s Hyvinkää locations. The railway station and lovely shopping center, Willa, are about a kilometer away. Viertola also has its own kindergarten and the schools are nearby. The ball park and sports hall in the area will make you excited about exercise. Viertola is one of Hyvinkää’s oldest residential areas and you can still feel the history in the old, many atmospheric buildings in the park-like neighborhood. In the 1920s, artist Helene Schjerfbeck lived in Viertola, and you can find Helenenkatu Street, named after her, in Viertola.
