Avara’s rental apartments in the city center

Avara has many interesting apartment buildings in the lively Rovaniemi city center. All downtown locations are centrally located, within walking distance from the services, yet in peaceful blocks. Rovaniemi city center has an extensive selection of boutiques, cafés and restaurants, and even a cozy indoor swimming pool. New services are constantly being constructed in the active city center. Our Asemieskatu apartment buildings, among others, are close to the railway and bus stations. The Uittomiehentie locations are just a hop, skip and a jump from the marketplace.

 

Avara’s rental apartments in Nivavaara

Avara’s popular Nivavaara row house homes have character and are located a couple of kilometers from Santa Claus Village, approximately ten kilometers from downtown Rovaniemi. Besides Avara’s location, the peaceful Housing Fair area does not have any other rental apartments. Fantastic opportunities for outdoor recreation activities are just at your doorstep. There are no services or public transport in the area, so residents should have a car.

Avara’s rental apartments in Pullinranta

The cozy Pullinranta area is by river Kemi and Ounasvaara Mountain, a couple of kilometers from the city center. The peaceful area does not really have any services, but they are easily accessible in the city center or Ounasvaara. Pullinranta is an excellent choice for someone who enjoys the outdoors. Some of Avara’s apartments have direct views of the handsome river Kemi, and Ounasvaara’s spectacular ski tracks and hiking trails are close-by.

Avara’s rental apartments in Saarenkylä

Saarenkylä’s single-family house area has great natural beauty approximately five kilometers from downtown Rovaniemi. Besides Avara’s popular row house, the peaceful area mainly has owner-occupied homes. The area has schools and kindergartens, which makes life easier for families. Saarenkylä has a Citymarket grocery store, which includes a pharmacy, among other services.

Avara’s rental apartments in Viirinkangas

The Viirinkangas area is approximately three kilometers from Rovaniemi city center. The area is popular with students as campuses for the University of Lapland and Lapland University of Applied Sciences are there. Besides students, even families with children enjoy this area by river Kemi. Besides the river and the universities, the area also has good services: several grocery stores and a post office at the R-kioski. Avara has cozy apartment buildings on Viirinkankaantie and two row houses by Viirinkangas, one on Niemeläntie and the other on Ahkiomaantie by Lake Harjulampi.
