Avara's goal is to have as positive an impact as possible on people's everyday lives, society and the environment. Through our rental homes, we are present in the everyday lives of thousands of Finns. It follows that the well-being of people and communities is one of the cornerstones of our responsibility efforts.
As part of our responsibility strive, we want to promote the well-being of children and young people by supporting sports clubs and teams. In this way, we aim to enable as many children and young people as possible to engage in activities.
Launched in 2021, the Avara welfare support campaign offers children's and young people's sports clubs and teams the opportunity to apply for funding for club and team activities. On the basis of the applications received, it was decided to allocate the 2023 grant, €10,000 in total, to ten sports clubs and teams.
