In spring 2025, Avara conducted the Great Place to Work® Trust Index™ employee survey for the fourth time. Thanks to the excellent results, Avara once again achieved the Great Place to Work® certification and was also recognised as one of Finland’s Best Workplaces™ in 2026 in the small companies category.
Recognition reflects a high Trust Index™ score
The Great Place to Work® certification™ is a nationally and globally recognised acknowledgement of an excellent employee experience. Companies with more than 10 employees are eligible for certification if the results of the Great Place to Work® Trust Index™ survey show that employees enjoy their workplace and trust their employer. The recognition is widely regarded as highly credible, as it is based solely on employees’ responses.
Finland’s Best Workplaces™ list is published annually and is based on employee experience measured through staff surveys, complemented by a qualitative assessment of company culture. The ranking is compiled from Great Place to Work®‑certified™ companies that have conducted the employee survey and achieved the highest Trust Index™ scores during the year preceding the list.

96% consider Avara a truly great place to work
The Trust Index™ employee survey measures the overall employee experience. The Great Place to Work® certification™ is awarded when a company achieves sufficiently high scores in employee satisfaction and trust. Typically, at least 65–70% of employees must be satisfied and feel that their workplace is a good place to work. At Avara, the results of the 2025 survey were exceptional: 96% of employees rated Avara as a truly great place to work overall.
